What Porta does, and how data is handled.
Porta PE is an admissions platform for international schools. Families use Porta to find schools, upload application documents, and submit applications. Porta uses artificial intelligence to classify uploaded documents, extract key information, and validate dossier completeness. Schools review every dossier and make admissions decisions independently.

Our role in data protection
As controller: IseoGroup manages your account, school discovery, dossier reuse, reservation fee handling, and communication with you.
As processor: IseoGroup processes uploaded documents and dossier data on behalf of the school you apply to. The school remains the controller for admissions decisions.
How AI is used
AI classifies documents, extracts key data, and checks completeness and consistency.
AI does not decide admission outcomes, rank applicants, or replace school review.
Your uploaded data is not used to train AI models.
